    Summary

    The purpose of this study was to review selected witness protection programs (WPPs) in Canada and in other countries, as well as the successes and challenges they encounter. This review consolidates and synthesizes open source information about the structure of WPPs in foreign countries and jurisdictions and contrasts it against the situation in Canada.
