Fact Summary

In December 2008, Mr Urizar met the complainant, who was 18 at the time, in a bar.  They started seeing each other. The accused was very nice to the complainant, buying her clothes and meals at restaurants. He convinced her into working as a stripper and to use drugs. She was physically, verbally, emotionally and sexually abused by him. The accused at one time locked her in a bedroom in an apartment and refused to let her go.
