Section 4 Crimes Committed by a Unit
Article 30
A company, enterprise, institution, organ, or public organization that conducts an act harmful to society, where such an act is stipulated as a crime, shall bear criminal responsibility.
Article 31
A unit which commits a crime shall be punished with a fine, and the person(s) directly in charge and other person(s) directly involved in the crime shall be given a punishment. Where Specific Provisions of this Law or other laws stipulate otherwise, such stipulation shall be applied.
