Art. 266 - Interrupting or disturbing services of telegraph, radiotelegraph, or telephone, preventing or hindering its establishment:

Punishment – confinement from one to three years and fine)

Section 1.  The same penalty applies to any person who interrupts services of telematics or information of public service, or prevents or hinder its establishment.  (Included by Law no. 12.737, of 2012) In effect

S 2. If the crime is committed at the time of calamity, the penalties shall apply doubled. (Included by Law no. 12.737, of 2012) In effect

Art. 266 - Interromper ou perturbar serviço telegráfico, radiotelegráfico ou telefônico, impedir ou dificultar-lhe o restabelecimento:

Pena - detenção, de um a três anos, e multa.

§ 1o Incorre na mesma pena quem interrompe serviço telemático ou de informação de utilidade pública, ou impede ou dificulta-lhe o restabelecimento. (Incluído pela Lei nº 12.737, de 2012) Vigência

§ 2o Aplicam-se as penas em dobro se o crime é cometido por ocasião de calamidade pública. (Incluído pela Lei nº 12.737, de 2012) Vigência
