Chapter I: General Provision
Article 1:
All wildlife including mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and insects which are the natural resources shall be considered as state properties.
Article 2:
All wildlife shall be divided into 2 categories:
A. Endangered Wildlife.
B. Protected Wildlife.
Article 3:
Endangered Wildlife are all types of wildlife classified as endangered animal as provided in Prakas No. 359 BK of August 1, 1994 on the Protected Wildlife Species.
Article 4:
Protected wildlife species are the wildlife animals not listed in Article 3 of Wildlife Animals Classification List.
These wildlife species shall be classified into the list of Protected Wildlife Species once the researches are completed.
