Section 130.
Any person who commits an offence of theft, robbery, or gang robbery on nuclear material shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty years or to a fine not exceeding three million baht or to both.
Section 131.
Any person who commits an offence of fraud or embezzlement on nuclear material shall be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding ten years or to a fine not exceeding one million baht or to both.
