The first edition of the Practical Guide was developed by UNODC in 2018 and is currently still accessible to registered users of the CNA Directory.
The Train-the-Trainer Module was developed to make use of the Practical Guide for Requesting Electronic Evidence Across Borders and ensure sustainability of training courses for law enforcement and criminal justice practitioners globally, applying adult learning methodologies.
