Article 1:
The import, consumption and sale for medical purposes of products made from plants of the cannabis species are hereby expressly prohibited in this Province.
Article 2:
Any person who fails to comply fully with the provisions of this Order shall be liable to a fine of not less than 1,000 and not more than 5,000 escudos, the procedure being governed by the penal provisions of the Pharmacy Regulations.
