We do have the Ministerial Committee and Administrative College on Security and Intelligence, responsible for all aspects of security including cybercrime. BelNIS (Belgian Network on Information Security) is a federal advisory platform on cyber security and combating cybercrime under supervision of the Administrative college on security and intelligence. It is composed of federal police, state security, militiray intelligence servieces, department of economics, BIPT (telco regulator), CERT, General Prosecutors' council, Federal Prosecutor's office, Social Security crosspoint database, Belgain Privacy Commission, Federal ICT Service (FedICT), Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Internal Affairs.
