1. Culpable homicide, including murder, manslaughter and causing death by criminal negligence.
2. Maliciously or wilfully wounding or inflicting grievous bodily harm.
3. Assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
4. Rape and attempt to commit rape.
5. Kidnapping, abduction or false imprisonment.
6. Arson.
7. Malicious or wilful damage to property.
