394. Unauthorised Use of Password or Pin-number.
Whoever without authority, intentionally uses any password or
pin-number which belongs to or which has been assigned to
another person, commits an offence, and upon conviction, shall
be sentenced to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three
years or with a fine or with both.
