Article 61-bis

(Aggravating circumstance of transnational crimes)

The penalty shall be increased by one third up to one half for offences punishable by a maximum term of imprisonment of at least four years when an organised criminal group engaged in criminal activities in more than one State has contributed to the commission of such offences. Article 416-bis.1, second paragraph, shall also apply.
