During the year 2003 the defendant J. Ú. became acquainted with D. B. and K. K., who were at that time underage. He persuaded them to do prostitution in private brothels in Switzerland. J. Ú. then took the victims by car to Austrian-Swiss borders, where he hand them over to other people, who took them to the brothels Blue Lamp, hotel Schloss and hotel Schoneff. J. Ú. was paid for this arrangement by both victims and also by people who took over the victims at the borders.
