A collective effort is needed on the part of the State, parents and guardians to ensure that children only access safe websites and are not exposed to pornographic materials on the internet. In this regard, the State should provide software companies with the necessary support to develop affordable software to block pornography from computers. Companies may also develop solutions to be used by parents and guardians to monitor the websites children may have access to.
